NAPSS UNIJOS CHAPTER LEADERSHIP MEETS WITH PLATEAU STATE SCHOLARSHIP BOARD

In a bid to address the concerns of students, the President of the National Association of Plateau state Students (NAPSS), University of Jos Chapter, Comrade Goshi Nengak Danladi, led a delegation to meet with the Plateau State Scholarship Board.
The meeting, which took place on December 15, 2024 at the scholarship board office, aimed to discuss issues affecting students, including delays in scholarship payments, challenges with purchasing scholarship forms, and the need for clarification on palliative support.
The Scholarship Board Secretary, Mrs. Nankus Ngwalang Adams, assured the NAPSS leadership that the Board is working to address the concerns raised. She explained that delays in scholarship payments are due to students' failure to submit their account details and promised to provide the association with a list of affected students, she further appreciate the president for the bold step taken to come and seek clarity in issue rather than concluding at his end. she said other leader should follow suit if the seek answer to pressing issue
The NAPSS President expressed appreciation for the Board's efforts and reiterated the association's commitment to advocating for students' welfare.
"We will continue to engage with the Scholarship Board and other stakeholders to ensure that students' concerns are addressed," Comrade Goshi said.
The meeting was a significant step towards strengthening the relationship between the NAPSS UniJos Chapter and the Plateau State Scholarship Board.
